When we are soothed and experience relaxation the brain's wavelength is in the THETA state. THETA is the state between awake and asleep and how we experience deep healing, inner peace and mindfulness.

Classes are 1 hour, $33 per person

Provided for you are soft mats, plush blankets, and neck pillows to help you get comfortable and feel supported in a lying position. In this reclined position you will use your sense of sound to listen, become focused on yourself and the environment.
