Studio Policies

Our Studio Policies at MBody
  • If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment or class and unable to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance you are responsible to pay the full session rate.

If, within 24 hours of my session or class, you develop a contagious illness, or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make my appointment please inform MBody right away. You are responsible for your appointment until I hear back from a staff member confirming they received my email or phone call requesting cancellation/rescheduling.

The only exception is if you send another client to fill your appointment.

  • We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure all paperwork is complete, have time to use the restroom and begin your appointment on time.

We do not have a front desk receptionist and if you arrive 15 minutes or more to your appointment the front door may be locked.

If you arrive late, understand that the therapist can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and that you will pay for the full length of the session that you booked.

Please note that the time you have booked is the length of your appointment, not the hands-on time.

At your first appointment, we conduct review of your health intake form where we cover your health history and your goals. We provide a detailed description of my treatment plan so there are never any surprises during your massage.

We do our best to maximize your hands-on time, but please be aware that it is rarely the full length of the appointment. Want more time? We don't blame you! We always recommend booking at least 90 minutes.

  • Reserving your appointment and class requires a debit or credit card on file. When you submit this information on Vargaro Systems you allow and agree for the information to be encrypted and stored securely and your information is used to only charge for completed services, classes and late notice cancellations.

  • We expect our therapists and clients NOT wear strong smelling scent lotions, sprays, make up or essential oils. Essential oils are only used in a session or class if client's consent is given. This is to support others that may have a sensitivity or allergy to strong fragrance. Thank you.

  • For safety purposes, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • intoxication

    • derogatory or bigoted comments

    • sexual or romantic advances

    • illness or infectious conditions

    • contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites)

    • refusal or inability to wear a mask at all times

If you develop a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving massage. If you exhibit any of the aforementioned conditions or behaviors, you'll be denied treatment and charged for the appointment.
